Withdrawals are processed only to verified accounts and only to payment methods that have been used for a prior deposit unless an exception is approved by www999 at its sole discretion. www999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. www999 shall not be liable for any bank or payment provider fees applied to your transaction by the receiving institution.
Anti-Money Laundering: www999 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations. If www999 suspects that a deposit or withdrawal is connected to illegal activity, it may withhold the funds pending investigation and report the matter to appropriate authorities without prior notice to the User.
All bets placed on the www999 sportsbook and all casino game sessions are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to the relevant product. These rules are published within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between a game-specific rule and these Terms, the game-specific rule shall prevail in respect of that game or market only.
www999 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of error, technical malfunction, fraud, collusion or any other irregularity affecting the fairness of the outcome. Where a void decision is taken, stakes will be returned to the User's www999 PKR wallet. www999's decision in respect of disputed bets or game outcomes shall be final.
Cricket betting markets at www999 including PSL, Pakistan international matches and ICC tournaments are subject to settlement rules published at the time of market creation. Settlement is based on official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. Markets abandoned due to rain, pitch conditions or other external factors will be settled in accordance with www999's published abandonment rules.
www999 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, time limits and withdrawal conditions.
By accepting a bonus, you agree to the terms of that promotion. Only one bonus may be active in a User's account at any time unless expressly stated otherwise. www999 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time, to amend the terms of a promotion and to disqualify users from promotions where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of bonus terms, or violation of these Terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited in such circumstances.
Wagering requirements must be met using real money and/or bonus funds as specified in the individual promotion terms. Progress toward wagering requirements from different product categories (e.g., sportsbook vs. casino) may contribute at different rates as specified in each promotion.

The www999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. www999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the absence of errors, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. In jurisdictions where such disclaimers are not fully enforceable, www999's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
www999 may suspend, restrict or permanently close a User's account at any time without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or where www999 determines, in its sole discretion, that continuing to provide services to the User would expose www999 to legal, reputational or regulatory risk.
You may request closure of your www999 account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining verified PKR balance (after deduction of applicable charges and forfeiture of unplayed bonus funds) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method. www999 reserves the right to retain transaction records as required by applicable law.
